We recommend optimal materials such as P20 for low-volume production or H13 for high-volume, high-pressure applications, balancing durability with cost efficiency.
Deliverable: Final tool drawings and steel selection approval.
CNC Machining & EDM Manufacturing
Our precision machining centers and EDM equipment create the core and cavity components with micron-level accuracy.
Each mold undergoes rigorous dimensional verification to ensure precision alignment, surface finish, and component fit.
Deliverable: Machined tool components and in-process inspection report.
Assembly & Mold Trials
Tools are assembled, bench-fitted, and tested in-house. We conduct trial shots to verify part quality, tolerances, and mold performance under production conditions.

Quality Assurance & Final Approval

Shipment & Delivery
